Privacy policy
What personal data I collect, what I use it for, how long I keep it and how you can exercise your rights.
This is an English translation provided for information only. The Spanish version is the original and the one that prevails for all legal purposes.

2. What data I process and for what purpose
I only process the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: first name and surname, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
There is one purpose and one only: to answer your enquiry and, where appropriate, to prepare and send you a services proposal. I do not build profiles, I do not take automated decisions and I do not use your data to send you marketing communications you have not requested.
3. Legal basis for processing
The legal basis is the data subject’s consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), given when you tick the acceptance box before sending the form, and pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject’s request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) where the enquiry concerns engaging my services.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to alonsoporfidiointeriorismo@gmail.com, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
4. Retention period
I keep your data for as long as necessary to answer your enquiry and, if no contractual relationship is entered into, for a maximum of one year from the last contact. If a contract is signed, the data will be kept for the duration of the relationship and, afterwards, for the applicable statutory limitation periods under tax and commercial law.
5. Recipients and international transfers
I do not disclose your data to third parties except where legally required. I do use the following providers, which act as processors under a contract signed in accordance with art. 28 GDPR:

6. Your rights
As a data subject, you may exercise the following rights at any time by writing to alonsoporfidiointeriorismo@gmail.com, stating the right you wish to exercise and enclosing a copy of your identity document:
- Access: Find out what data of yours I process.
- Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: Ask me to delete your data when it is no longer necessary.
- Objection: Object to my processing of your data on grounds relating to your particular situation.
- Restriction: Ask me to suspend processing while a complaint is verified.
- Portability: Receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
If you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Security measures
I apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including encryption of communications over HTTPS and restricted access to the data I receive.
